    Airtight Testing Staffordshire Ltd originally specialised in carrying out Air Tightness Tests (also referred to as Air Leakage and Air Permeability Tests) in newly built houses and other dwelling types, e.g. Flats. As the company has expanded, so have our services. We can now offer all our clients air tightness tests, SAP assessments, Acoustics testing, ventilation testing, and water calculations.

    We try to simplify the building regulations process, and offering these services under one roof can be a real time saver! We know how complicated building regulations can be, and we are here to help you through each step of the way!
